As a CBT goal-focused therapist I partner with my clients to help them achieve effective life changes. I assist my clients in developing effective ways to manage emotional challenges, behavioral changes, relationship issues, work-life and career concerns and navigate through life-stage transitions. This approach can be particularly effective for individuals who experience symptoms related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress and other conditions that interfere with their quality of life. In a non-judgmental, supportive environment, I work with my clients to help them develop ways to achieve their goals.
